We have our own team of professional technical engineers, there are currently two engineers in the team.

 Their duties:

  • Inspect medical equipment and instrumentation;
  • Provide troubleshooting and remote diagnostics of the product;
  • Training and demonstrating machine operation; 
  • Provide customers with technical assistance by phone, email, or chat;
  • Solving clients' technical problems.

Degree Level: Bachelor's degree
Degree Field: Electrical engineering
Experience: 8 years
Key Skills: Professional, responsible, dedicated and problem-solving; familiarity with primary machine, probes, operating systems and hardware.

Damian


Degree Level: Bachelor's degree
Degree Field: Electronic information Science and Technology
Experience: 5 years
Key Skills: Interpersonal, problem-solving and listening skills; familiarity with primary machine, probes, and hardware.
