We have professional engineers to provide Free two-year warranty.

24 months for the whole machine including probes, lifelong maintainance with cost charge.

If you have any questions about your new products, please send us email, including:

*order number, the question you want to solve together with a picture of the product if necessary.

Access to professional after-sales distance guidance, after-sales staff will give corresponding strategies according to the problem.


*Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate us to track your return status and process your return.

Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.Returns can take up to 1 week to process, not including shipping time.

Return & Exchange conditions

Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.

Due to the characteristics of the product, we only accept the return of goods with quality problems. We are sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Returns must include all parts, parts and accessories that come with the product, including the original packaging. If a return is received incomplete or damaged, it may be rejected.

If a coupon is used in the order, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.

As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account.

To get the best service and reduce the risk of lost/damaged returns, we recommend sending them via traceable shipping. Missing packages sent by non-tracing methods cannot be guaranteed.
